I saw you in the local newspaper this week. You reported on the house I now live in, and advised a wall had been removed without council permission.

In case you are interested the vendor has just recently provided us with a Certificate of Acceptance after placing a beam in the roof, and upgrading some gib board in the bedroom wall.

So we got a better house thanks to you and I hope your asbestos reporting is a good addition to your business. The body corporate I was Chairman of in Auckland obtained a full asbestos report so I expect demand will arrive from that angle at least.
